Ep. 26 Slow vs. Rapid Growth: Why Slow Growth Can Be Better For Your Life & Business

If you've ever felt like you're moving too slow in life or business, you are NOT. In fact, the slower, the better (imo). This is because you're building a solid foundation and becoming the strongest you can be during each phase. It's like a video game and during each level, we master our skills before we move on to the next.

In this episode, we dive into:
+ The benefits of growing slowly and why it's actually better for us long-term.
+ Why some people grow faster than others (we've all heard it before: $10K months within 3 months of starting your biz - is it actually possible?).
+ The downfalls of growing too quickly.
+ How we can remove the pressure from society (and ourselves) expecting us to move so fast.

Plus, I share stories about going to a major energy-healing event in Ho Chi Minh, returning to Bali after 6 years, and also why life is like playing Hogwarts Legacy! Such a fun episode. :)

I'm so happy you're here! I'm so excited to be back! I've recently undergone a rebrand with my business and it feels SO good - I'm definitely an example of slow growth. And I wouldn't have it any other way...
